1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses (additional time may be required)

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $[Insert Threshold]

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination

  • Oversized or fragile items (e.g., glass chandeliers) may incur additional shipping surcharges


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your order in real-time through the carrier's website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check around your home or mailbox

  • Ask neighbors or your building manager

  • Contact the carrier directly

If unresolved, email us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We'll do our best to assist.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue


8. Change of Shipping Address

To change your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot modify the address once the order has shipped.
