Product Questions

1. What types of lighting products do you sell?
We offer a variety of lighting solutions including modern table lamps, pendant lights, chandeliers, and LED decorative lighting designed for both function and style.

2. Are your lights ready to use out of the box?
Most of our products require minimal assembly and come with installation instructions. Ceiling fixtures may require professional installation.

3. Are bulbs included?
Product listings will specify whether bulbs are included. Many of our fixtures are compatible with E26/E27 standard base bulbs.


Orders & Shipping

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Large fixtures (like chandeliers): 5–10 business days via freight delivery

5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders within the continental U.S.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processed or shipped.


Returns & Refunds

7. Can I return a lighting product?
Yes. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Read our Returns Policy for full details.

8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the damage.
