1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

We currently ship to:

U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses (additional time may be required)
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipping Costs

6. Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Ask neighbors or your building manager
Contact the carrier directly

7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the item and packaging
Email us within 48 hours of delivery
We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue
8. Change of Shipping Address
To change your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot modify the address once the order has shipped.
